Lori Weiss, CDP
Lori Weiss is the dedicated Care Coordinator for the Greater Yardley & Newtown market, bringing 17 years of specialized experience in complex dementia placements (over 350 residents served) to the Care Connect team. Her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by seniors with dementia, coupled with her compassionate approach, ensures that each client receives the personalized care they need. Lori’s expertise in navigating the intricacies of dementia care makes her an invaluable resource for families seeking guidance and support during difficult transitions.
Lori is passionate about helping families navigate the complexities of senior care with empathy and expertise, making her a trusted partner in the community. Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending quality time with her daughter & gathering with her friends and family.
Christian Gilligan, MBA, PCHA, CDP
Christian is the founder and Care Coordinator of Care Connect, serving families in the Lehigh Valley & Central Jersey. With a degree in healthcare administration and certifications as a Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every placement. He began his career at BrightStar Care, where he helped families navigate skilled and unskilled home care, and later advanced to become the Marketing Director and Executive Director of the largest residential memory care community in the Lehigh Valley and Central Jersey (Arden Courts).
Throughout his career, Christian has assisted over 180 seniors in making successful transitions, with a particular focus on complex dementia cases and interstate care coordination. His comprehensive knowledge of senior care regulations & best practices ensure that each family receives personalized, expert guidance.
In his spare time, Christian enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
