By accessing or using the Care Connect website located at 41 South Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865, as well as any other websites owned and operated by Care Connect NJ, LLC and/or the services provided by Care Connect through or in connection with the Sites (including senior housing and care marketing and information services ("Services")), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Please note that these Terms of Use include a mandatory and binding arbitration clause, class action waiver, and waiver of the right to jury trial, which affect your legal rights. Be sure to read them carefully.
The Sites and the Services are provided by Care Connect, Inc. ("Care Connect").
Your use of the Sites and/or Services is subject to these Terms of Use, so please review them carefully.
To access and use the Sites and/or Services, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract and not be prohibited from using the Sites and/or Services by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access them.
Our Services Care Connect is a senior housing and care marketing and information service provided by Care Connect. We offer resources and personalized assistance to help families find senior housing and care options based on their loved one’s needs and preferences. This may include independent living, home care, residential care homes, assisted living, specialized memory care, and skilled nursing. We provide families with information about Participating Communities and forward their information to those communities. Our service is offered at no charge to families, as Participating Communities pay a fee to Care Connect.
Participating Senior Housing And/or Care Communities Participating Communities are solely responsible for evaluating, accepting, and caring for all residents. Each Participating Community is responsible for the conditions at its community, the training of its staff, and the content of information posted on its page or on the Sites.
No Endorsement; No Affiliation; Not a Broker We do not endorse or recommend any Participating Community and do not act as their representative or agent. We do not place consumers in Participating Communities or participate in their decision-making process.
No Professional Advice Information provided on the Sites or through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice. Care Connect disclaims any liability concerning any treatment or action taken based on the information provided.
Privacy and Consent to Communications We value your privacy and provide a Privacy Policy outlining how we collect and use your personal information. By providing your information to us, you consent to being contacted by us and/or Participating Communities. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Recorded Telephone Communications Telephone communications with Care Connect may be recorded for quality control purposes.
Consent to Automatic Telephone Dialing System By providing your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by us and our senior living customers using automatic telephone dialing systems.
Use of Sites; Limited License You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Sites and Site Materials for personal use only. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
No Unauthorized Access of And/or Use of The Sites And/Or Services Prohibited actions include using the Sites for commercial purposes, conducting illegal activities, and interfering with the proper functioning of the Sites.
Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Links to External Websites We provide links to External Websites for your convenience, but we do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content.
Third-Party Products and Services We may promote Third Party Products and Services, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or quality.
Prohibited Conduct Users agree not to violate rights of third parties or engage in illegal activities while using the Sites.
